On the rare occasion that a complaint regarding its service is received Mailbox Nationwide adopts the following procedures.

After Mailbox Nationwide receive a written request to investigate an issue, the customer service team here at Mailbox Nationwide endeavour to talk to all the staff involved in a distribution, to identify any issues that may have presented themselves during the course of a distribution. After investigating the complaint, it may become apparent that an area was difficult to cover due to the types of property or that the were a great many inaccessible properties

If you have a complaint against Mailbox Nationwide Limited please follow the instructions below.

The complaint must be in written format, and must be received in writing, no more than seven days after the distribution is completed.

The complaint must detail the company name, a contact name for the complainant, the date of distribution and area, and a listing of the six digit postcodes of the non receivers.

This information will help Mailbox Nationwide in addressing any complaint and to investigate any issues with the distribution quickly and effectively.

Successful Advertising Campaign

Over the weekend I was witness to and experienced a superb piece of advertising that must have been a great success for the company concerned.

Late last week I noticed  a television advert from one of the large supermarket chains, the one you would probably describe as the more expensive one, anyway, the advert was promoting and showing a meal being created by one of the celebrity chefs that this country now has so many of, so did take it with a pinch of salt, the food looked great and have to admit did appeal, but as it was not the time to cook food, did not think any more about it.
