Consider leaflet delivery as well as design
June 10th, 2010 Posted in Flyer DeliveryWhen it comes to leaflet distribution, an effective flyer delivery strategy can be just as important as the literature itself, in terms of generating increased interest in your business.
If you’re designing a new leaflet to promote your company, and its products and services, most marketing co-ordinators will carefully consider the design process. For instance, making sure the flyer has a strong visual impact, checking that key messages are included within the text, and ensuring that all images are suitable and eye-catching.
However, the way in which you promote subsequent flyer distribution can be equally crucial to success, even though this part of the process is sometimes neglected.
For instance, make sure you have a clear idea of who you are trying to target and draw up your flyer delivery demographic accordingly. This may mean only posting leaflets through the door of people who live within walking distance of your store, or only flyering houses in affluent areas if the product you are promoting is quite expensive.
The size of your leaflet should also be thought about, as some companies may want a large brochure to stand out, whilst others may want something that is pocket sized and can be easily transported. You must also make sure your delivers handle the literature carefully so that is not folded, crumpled or creased.
At Mailbox Nationwide, we can offer expert advice on effective flyer delivery and demographic targeting to enable the smooth distribution of your creatively designed leaflet to potential customers.
