Here at Mailbox Nationwide we take any complaint very seriously, and we act as quickly as possible to investigate and to rectify any issue that we may find. The leaflet distribution industry is very complex, it is not just a simple case of putting a flyer through a letter box, if only it was that simple ! a complaint can arise at any time and for any company.
Mailbox Nationwide often find logical and reasonable reasons for a complaint being raised, sometimes an issue under our control, which we will then try to rectify quickly and efficiently, but often the complaint may be down to something completely out of our control. It is also very important to discover after a complaint, if there is really anything to complain about, or just unexpected results from a distribution, this happens on very many occasions, and is often based around response levels, and recognition rates.
Mailbox Nationwide can fully explain response rates and recognitions levels, as it is these areas that are the cause of most complaints being raised in the leaflet distribution industry. It is a sad case, that some companies will give very unrealistic guidelines for both of these statistics which then leads to disappointment when these levels are not achieved.
Mailbox Nationwide need some basic but accurate information to investigate a complaint, and this must be in writing, that way there is a information trail that can be referred to at any time. Firstly the nature of the complaint, and most importantly, if it refers to suspected non delivery, it is vital that we have the 6 digit post code of any address that is mentioned, without this information, there is no hope in providing accurate and reliable response to the complaint.
Mailbox Nationwide take any complaint very seriously, and we will do all in out powers to rectify any issue that we find to have been our fault. If when a complaint is investigated, an issue, or an expectation that has not been met is found to be the case, we are always there to discuss the distribution, and to offer advice regarding the whole leaflet distribution process.
