Mailbox Nationwide always say that leaflet distribution can be a very fraught industry; every company wants the very utmost from its advertising campaign, but complaints can arise, and we do take these complaints very seriously.
On the rare occasion that a complaint regarding its service is received Mailbox Nationwide adopts the following procedures.
After Mailbox Nationwide receive a written request to investigate an issue, the customer service team here at Mailbox Nationwide endeavour to talk to all the staff involved in a distribution, to identify any issues that may have presented themselves during the course of a distribution. After investigating the complaint, it may become apparent that an area was difficult to cover due to the types of property or that the were a great many inaccessible properties
After the complaint is received, a response to our client should be expected within five working days this will detail any issues that have been brought to light and the steps that Mailbox Nationwide have taken to rectify such issues during the course of the distribution.
