The school half term holidays are very nearly upon us and as you would expect, here at Mailbox Nationwide we are very busy with contracts that are using this valuable opportunity as a great marketing time.

School holidays are always a great time to hold events that are based around children, and it could be said the the winter holidays can hold more potential that the summer holidays, just down to the often poor weather, so now could be the ideal time to organise an event and to get it marketed.

You need to think about what you you like to hold, but take the weather into consideration in a major way, anything that is inside is perfect, as it then does not matter what the weather is like.

Think about your timings, allowing for working parents, and how about trying to get repeat business throughout the week, what about a series of events ?

School holidays at this time of the year can be a nightmare for parents, children bored and unable to go out much because of the weather is a perfect opportunity to exploit.
